BRIEF ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The responsibility of the Graphic Designer is to plan, analyse, and create visual solutions to all marketing and branding collateral including but not limited to proposals, tenders, presentations, advertisements, notice templates, brochures, company profile social media graphics and email campaigns.
The message and design should incorporate aspects of the understanding of the solution offering as well as keep within Corporate Identity standards.

| 2 | Routinely suggest innovations, updates and new creative ideas that helps drive brand recognition, quality of submissions and / or improve outputs of design or team |
| 3 | Convert large documents / proposals into exceptional PowerPoint presentations |
| 4 | Assist with all graphic design requirements for various departments in the company |
| 5 | Proofread large documents and edit grammar / spelling etc |
| 6 | Implement the brand and communication strategy through design |
| 7 | Create designs and ideas for all collateral / RFP’s / documents and proposals |
| 8 | Produce initial concepts as well as expertise and creative input from inception of stage of brief through to final product |
| 9 | Maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail in all aspects of design |

Tertiary Education:
| National Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design
Experience in Sales and Marketing /Bid Office environment Working knowledge of Design Programmes (Adobe Creative suite: In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop) |
Experience:
| Minimum 3yrs relevant experience in bid processing environment |
