MAIN PURPOSE OF
THE JOB:
To validate Queue: Validating and capturing customer information for new loan applications in line with Credit Policy and SOP
requirements, flexible consultants to be utilized in multiple queues as per below when required.
Validations (Review Queue) – Employment Confirmations – Affordability/Credit – Subgroup Creations & Fraud Task
Validation Insurance Claims: Validating and capturing customer insurance claims.

1. Create and maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients by
providing advice and assistance

expertise while complying with company policies, legislation and regulations

communications, and/or face-to-face meetings

Queues / Insurance:
1. Validate and capture information taken from documents provided by the customer in
line with Credit Policy and Operating Procedures (AML & Anti-Fraud Policies) as well as
Insurance policy and Insurance SOP
2. Keeping abreast with Policy & Procedure updates
3. Knowledge and implementation of new loan application process (All Central Queues)
4. Knowledge and implementation of new insurance claims process
5. Keeping within expected turnaround times and validation process deliverables
6. TCF – Treating customer fairly (Internal & External)
Ad hoc Campaigns:
1.Queues/Insurance claims volume completion requirements, process changes and adaption.
2.Engagement with Branch to resolution
Minimum Education
3 Year degree or diploma
Fit & Proper (FAIS) qualification is essential.
Regulatory Exams (RE5) level1 is essential.
Minimum Experience
4-5 years knowledge and/or experience in validation processes.
